National training events and practical information

 

  • The trainings are planned to last for 4 full days and are planned in local languages with translation of foreign experts.
  • Training events include:

    • Introduction to SUMP  
    • Up to 4 training sessions, minimum half day each (topics and trainers according to the training programme)
    • Study tour/site visit(s) showing the practices of the host city, connected to the topics of the training
    • Presentation of good practices/lessons learnt from other cities of the country
    • A variety of methodologies, focussing on interactivity and real engagement of the trainees
    • Free of costs participation and support of travel and subsistence for a certain number of trainees (authorities). The numbers of cities which will receive support are 20 from RO, HU, PL, BG, PT, CZ and 10 from SI, LT, CY and HR. Criteria for participation and support of travel and subsistence costs will be announced here soon.
